Please note that from 1 November 2008, for non refundable tickets, the fuel surcharge (YR/YQ) will not be refunded.
If you have purchased insurance online along with you ticket and if you intend to request a refund, please contact Mondial Assistance. They will be able to provide you with a written confirmation that you have no claim ongoing with them.
Please send this form to the Refund Department along with your refund request in order to enable us to process your applicable refund.
